Ghost Eevee - Veileon

Worked on a Ghost evolution for Eevee in Pokémon a a few months ago. It was quite challenging to come up with a unique design among the existing Eeveelutions, and especially with this typing. I was inspired by the archetype of a mourning widow, perhaps her spirit lingered on in the evolution stone that Eevee was exposed to. I'm pretty happy with the design I ended up with though. Hopefully I make a go of an idle anim for her sometime!
